Your kōrero lit up the room and resonated deeply with our rangatahi, schools, providers, and wider community. Through sharing your lived experience, you showed that transformation is not a quick fix, but a journey of self-belief, resilience, and breaking free from negative narratives. Our young people saw first-hand that real change begins within themselves, a powerful message that will stay with them long after the event.
Thanks to your impact, we were able to engage over 120 participants and place 96 pukapuka directly into the hands of rangatahi, leaving them with a lasting resource to reflect on.
We also appreciated the opportunity to wānanga afterwards about future steps and potential collaboration. Your willingness to share, inspire, and walk alongside our rangatahi and kaimahi is deeply valued.
